Service Description
This class is a slower-paced class that focuses on areas of the body that typically need strengthened and stretched in order to maintain vitality throughout all phases of life. Mindful Movement will bring your awareness into your body so that you can feel your own unique experience and learn more about your needs. We will combine anatomical focus with meditation and breathing so that you can find longevity and vitality both inside and out. Location: THE STUDIO 328 W. Saginaw Rd. Sanford, MI

Cancellation Policy
Classes are required to be canceled at least 2 hours ahead of class start time without penalty. No-shows will forfeit class payment. We know life happens! In the event of an emergency, please contact kelly@wildheartyoga.online as soon as possible.
