Service Description

The Barre workout is a low-impact and highly effective exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional strength training. Barre focuses on small, isometric movements and “pulsing” to engage targeted muscles followed by stretching to create lean and toned muscles.

Cancellation Policy

Classes are required to be canceled at least 2 hours ahead of class start time without penalty. No-shows will forfeit class payment. We know life happens! In the event of an emergency, please contact as soon as possible.
