Service Description
Flow with your breath and your body in this Flow Yoga class. We will connect breath with movement in seated, supine, standing, and prone yoga postures that will both rejuvenate and calm the body and mind. Everyone is welcome, but please note that this is a more vigorous breath-to-movement-based practice.

Cancellation Policy
Classes are required to be canceled at least 2 hours ahead of class start time without penalty. No-shows will forfeit class payment. We know life happens! In the event of an emergency, please contact kelly@wildheartyoga.online as soon as possible.
